Repentance: Go to the options file (C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\options ini is the default location), find "enabledebugconsole" and set the value to 1 To disable it again, make that 1 a 0 Once the debug console is enabled, go in the game, start a run, and press the tilde key (~) to open it

There is a mod that unlocks all items and characters but I forget the exact name of it Searching 'unlock all' in the workshop should pull up what you want There's also a resource on the Isaac speedrun com page that creates a 'Dead God' (100%) file in any slot you want Neither of these methods affect your steam achievements too, so you can still 'progress' without needing to unlock powerful
