I called Bell support and they told me that several people had called in with the same issue Their temporary solution -after several troubleshooting attempts- was to manually switch to 3G service I'm a little bit disappointed to have slower speeds, but I am at least receiving a solid 9mpbs via 3G and the customer service rep said that a technician would be in contact with me within 5-9
