Sure there is Skin it out That's not nearly as easy as it sounds but I just sent a 50 pound beaver out the door a few weeks Split the underside of the tail down the center and CAREFULLY start peeling the skin to the outside When you near the edge, very, VERY carefully cut through that fatty cartilage and then skin the "show" side Once you get that fat and bone out of the skin, then go back
