- Best afternoon tea, Harrods or Kensington Palace Pavilion?
I had tea at Fortnum Mason's back in 1996 and wore very casual clothes (but not jeans, which I never travel with anyway) But what i found interesting was that the servers all wore black tie attire, except for their shoes, which were black sneakers I loved it! But having said that, here is what F M has to say about their dress code:

I am also going to shout out Liberty and Fortnum and Mason Check out pix of Liberty online: there is nothing like it! The interior is all wood, with a soaring central atrium Their Christmas Shop is excellent F M has amazing treats and is packed with goodies in an historic building So mouth-watering! Plus they have tons of quality gift items

Hannah Ricketts vlogs on Youtube and has some great videos of afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason and the Ritz (other places too) I love her videos of London You might want to check it out and then decide I'm going to London in May June with my daughters and have booked afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason Can't wait!

Another friend had tea at Fortnum Mason and loved it I have had tea at the Wallace Collection on one trip Another trip, I had tea at Harrod's Both experiences were very nice Claridge's is on my bucket list for my next trip to London Enjoy!

Fortnum Mason would work We dressed nicely as it was Christmas Eve Day It was nice and elegant but the word posh doesn’t come to mind for our experience We ordered two food towers for four of us, one savory, one sweet
