GoToMyPC Host login problems Hi, Lately when using GoToMyPc I can get as far as the Host PC Lock screen but I am unable to open the login page Screen freezes far a bit then reboots with the mouse controls rules and the lock screen This happens from both android and window devices I can get access if I leave my PC unlocked Not optimal

Hi KateG Thank you for your reply, We have tried re-starting and re-installing GoToMyPC but we still have the problem If i try to log in from another computer everything is fine, even logging in to the computer with the problem as a local user it works fine It looks like something is corrupted with his user and it is refusing to re-ask the access code

Click on Monitor 1 and make sure the scaling level matches Monitor 1 of the host computer (found in step 2) Click on Monitor 2 and make sure the scaling level matches Monitor 2 of the host computer (found in step 3) Disconnect your GoToMyPC session and reconnect Results: Your Shift+Maximize command should work now
