If the expiration of your existing balance was before around April 20th, then the $50 card would extend the whole balance to its expiration of April But the $300 card added last June shouldn't expire until around late June

I was an existing At t uverse customer and called customer service to move my internet service over to my new address After that process was complete, I had asked my customer service representative about the plan that was being advertised on TV: 4 lines with unlimited talk and text with 10GB to share for $160 per month

May I have calls to the phone number forwarded to a different phone on another provider and stay on the existing account? The answer may require reference to the account number

Misleading I used the my at t app to add a line to my existing wireless plan I went through the process and chose an iPhone 12Pro at check out time I was told that I had to pay $60 today so I entered my payment info and checked out the order went through a minute or so later I receive a notification from my bank notifying me that at t charged my account $260 so I then called at t where I was

Thanks for posting If you are upgrading to the Galaxy in-store, the rep will make sure to activate a new SIM card with your existing phone number If you upgrade online, you will select your line with your phone number, and the system should recognize that you need a different SIM; you should receive it in the package with your new device
