The CCAPP office may refuse to act on the application if there is evidence the individual violated the professional Code of Conduct; there is evidence of falsification of records; or a current suspension revocation, as evidenced by the review process as required by state regulations is discovered

If denied registration certification, denied registration certification renewal, or individuals whose certification was suspended or revoked, shall be ratified by the CCAPP Credentialing Board

CCAPP Credentialing Scholarships CCAPP Credentialing has established the Warren Daniels scholarship fund The reciepinets may recieve assistance towards their application fees
