I am all in VFV TDB902 for index component I don’t like those random countries and weight selection and call it world market Just look like South Korea, France even Germany, all mess But if you already invested in XEQT, there is no point switching from XEQT to VFV at this point I would say keep XEQT FOMO is the biggest risk at this point

VFV will always be charged dividend withholding tax regardless of type of account It is recoverable in non reg account I haven't fully read why the swap fee exist, but I am assume it exists because of withholding tax and possibly for re-characterization of US dividends as capital gains

as for VEQT, VFV, XAW why not keep parking the money into them, reinvest the distributions, re-evaluate rotate the portfolio in 5, 10, 20 years from now on cherry pick one-off stocks ETF's what if you take 10% of both your combined portfolio value go buy that one off (hint:TD), buy hold or trade it for a profit
