That looks completely normal When you scan with 88 Scanners one false positive can easily happen and all the other scanners don't seem to think this is a dangerous site If this site really is malicious it is nearly impossible that it got out of the browser sandboxing so you don't really need to worry about your 2FA or your phone being compromised
