After searching Amazon for a long time for a message , e-mail or phone number I finally did the call me back thing and it was instant In a follow up e-mail the person gave me the phone number:

I then went back to Amazon Australia and contacted their customer support They said it looks like a charge for Amazon Prime America They suggested I contact them First I checked my account there and found nothing Contacting them was a lengthy process because you cant just send them a message
