From the Meijer app menu, select Savings From there, you will see a break down of how much you spent by month You can click the downward pointing arrow to the left of the month to have access to individual receipts When you do this it will also show you your total savings for that month

They're probably getting mPerks PINs and phone numbers from card skimmers Normally card skimmers come paired with a keypad layered over the payment terminal's keypad that's used to capture inputs So my guess is these mPerks accounts are being hijacked at gas stations mostly, maybe some internal payment terminals
